Privacy Policy

This policy describes the information handled by the current Prosperous Concepts website.

Information you provide

If you use the five-question conversation, we store the answers you submit and the step you reached. If you ask JP to continue, we also collect the name and email address you provide. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.

Technical information

The site may store limited campaign parameters and the referring website’s host so we can understand how a conversation began. It also uses a one-way hash derived from an IP address for short-term abuse and rate-limit protection; the plain address is not placed in the conversation record by this application.

Essential conversation cookie

The site sets an essential, secure, HTTP-only cookie named proc_conversation. It contains a random session token that lets the site resume the same conversation. The stored database record contains a one-way hash of that token rather than the token itself. The cookie is not an advertising cookie.

How the information is used

We use the information to preserve and resume the conversation, understand the condition you described, respond when you request contact, protect the service from misuse, and maintain the operation of the website.

Service providers

The website and conversation database are operated using hosting and infrastructure providers required to deliver the service. When you explicitly ask JP to continue, the site creates or updates a restricted work item in ClickUp containing your contact details and a concise conversation brief. Those providers process information only as needed to supply their services to Prosperous Concepts.

Retention and deletion

Anonymous conversation records are configured to expire after 90 days. Records connected to a contact request are configured to expire after 180 days. Expired records are removed by the application’s cleanup process; operational work items created after a contact request may remain in the company’s restricted work system until they are no longer needed. Short-term rate-limit records are configured for removal after 24 hours.

Analytics and changes

The current application records limited first-party conversation events, such as reaching the gate or completing a step. It does not claim use of a separate advertising or cross-site analytics system. If the site’s actual data handling changes materially, this policy should be updated to match it.
