Question 4 of 10Topic: Buyer Questions & ExpertisePublished Sep. 24, 2026JB-reviewed Sep. 24, 2026

The buyer has to cross a series of bridges

First: “Do I really have this problem?”

Then: “What kind of solution do I need?”

Then: “Who can I trust to do it?”

Then: “What will this cost me in money, time, risk, or disruption?”

Your Answers should help at those bridges.

Useful questions sound like this

  • When do I need this service?
  • What are my choices?
  • What can go wrong if I choose badly?
  • What should a qualified provider know?
  • What changes the cost?
  • How long does it take?
  • How do I compare providers?
  • What proof should I ask for?

Do not publish just because a keyword has volume

A question can get lots of searches and still be weak for your business.
