Ecommerce Brands Answer

What does AI need to understand about my product before it can recommend it?

AI needs to understand what your product is and who it is for. It also needs to know what it helps with, what makes it different, and when it is not a good fit. A product name and a feature list usually do not tell the whole story.

Question 3 of 10Topic: Product Understanding & Use CasesPublished Sep. 24, 2026JB-reviewed Sep. 24, 2026

Features are not the same as answers

A product page may say: 100% wool, 50 x 70 inches, six colors, machine washable.

Those facts matter. But a buyer may still be asking: “Will this work for my mother who gets cold easily and cannot lift a heavy blanket?”

That is the gap.

What should be clear

  • The exact product or version
  • Who buys it
  • Who uses it
  • The main situations it is good for
  • The main situations it is not good for
  • The facts that matter to the choice
  • Why your claims should be believed

Do not make AI guess

You may know one product is perfect for gifts. Another may be better for daily use. A third may be for a very different buyer.

If the site does not say that clearly, the outside world has to guess.

Start with truth

Before ProEcomm builds questions or content, it checks what the site already says. The owner can then correct what is missing or wrong.

Good amplification starts with getting the product understood correctly.
